Mr. Hartley graduated from Capital University Law School and was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 1983. He is a member of the Clark County Bar Assocation
He served in the Ohio House of Representatives for 28 years (1973-2000). During his tenure, he was the cahri of the Civil and Commercial Law Committee. He also chaired the Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee. He also served on the Ohio State Worker's Compensation Advisory Committee
David served over 10 years as a Clark County Commissioner. During his tenure he served on The County Commissioners Association of Ohio and on the County Employee Benefit Consortium of Ohio (CEBCO) which provides health insurance to employees of 34 counties in Ohio.
David also served as Executive Director of Interfaith Hospitality Network of Springfield, a faith based homeless shelter, for over 3 years.
Mr. Hartley is also a member of the Clark County Board of Elections and Chair of the Clark County Democratic Party
Ms. Oberlin attended The Ohio State University where she obtained her B.A. in Art Education, and then received her J.D. from Capital University Law School and was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 2004. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association
She resides in Springfield, Ohio and serves clients in Clark county and all surrounding counties. She is flexible with daytime, evenings, and weekend appointments.
Ms. Oberlin's practice focuses on general civil litigation including domestic relations / family law, divorce, dissolution, custody, visitation, child support, personal injury, estate planning, and wills
Ms. Oberlin is a board member on the Hollandia Garden Association and enjoys kayaking and cycling.
Mr. Bayless graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2013 and is admitted to practice law in all of Ohio and in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio
Before coming to Geyer Herier & Associates., LPA, Mr. Bayless maintained a private practice in Logan County and acted as part-time prosecutor. He is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. His practice specializes in criminal law and domestic relations law
Zach enjoys playing guitar, golfing, swimming, and playing soccer. He is on the board of the Kiwanis club of Bellfountaine.

Mr. Herier attended Rockway Primary and Middle School and graduated from Shawnee High School. He graduated from Wright State University Magna Cum Laude, participating in multiple internships in politics and government. He graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1998, where he was a research assistant, helping to develop a law school text book which is now used nationally in law school.
Mr. Herier is admitted to practice law in all Ohio courts and in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. Mr. Herier has successfully guided many cases through the courts, including winning multiple appellate cases.
Mr. Herier is heavily involved in the local community and has served as a board member locally on the Housing Connection Board, The American Red Cross, Nehemiah Foundation, Springfield Christian Youth Ministry, and volunteer and legal services for many local churches.
He currently serves as a Clark County Commissioner focusing on issues related to finances, economic development, recycling in the County, and budgetary concerns.
Mr. Herier's practice focuses on probate, wills, business matters, civil litigation, personal injury, and divorce/custody.

Mr. Geyer graduated from the Ohio Northern University College of Law and was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 1968. He was admitted to the United States District Court, Southern District, in 1971, and the United States Supreme Court in 1974.
He served as judge of both Municipal and Common Pleas Courts of Clark County, Ohio for more than 25 years and as presiding judge of those courts for many years.
As the Senior Partner of Geyer Herier & Associates Co., LPA, he is an experienced litigator and attorney. His practice focuses on appropriations, domestic relations, and criminal representations.
